The husband and wife due, Craig and Barbara Snapp, have both won awards at the Joy of the Lens, an annual photography exhibit at the Topsham Public Library.
Craig won in the "People" category for Aunt MC and Uncle Ernie Attack Their Lobsters - a humorous image of a beloved aunt and uncle digging into their lobsters at a family picnic.
Barbara won in the "Details and Macro" category for Dew Magic - her close up of dew on a rose.
And at the close of the exhibit, Craig was honored to receive the People's Choice award. In an unusual occurence, both of his images tied for most votes by the visitors to the exhibit. His second image, Japanese Scene in the Maine Wilderness, was taken on a canoe trip to the Debsconeag Wilderness near Mt. Katahdin.
