• Barbara and Craig Snapp "Keep Looking Up" at the Unitarian Church in Brunswick

    Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick

Barbara and Craig Snapp have both been inspried by the skies of Maine - hence the title of their show, Keep Looking Up.  As a photographer, Craig has focused on the stunning contrasts between Maine's woods and waters and its everchanging skies.  More recently, he has become fascinated with the night sky and includes some of his images of deep sky objects in the exhibit - along with more terrestrial views.

Barbara's artwork in pastels, acrylic, watercolor and collage brings out the colors of stormy skies and glorious sunsets.  She also explores abstract impressions of nature and our search to understand it - efforts that are often accompanied by her original poetry.

Keep Looking Up will be on exhibit through April 30.  The Unitarian Church of Brunswick is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm (press the intercom to be let in to see the exhibit) and for services at 10 am on Sundays.  The Church is located on the corner of Pleasant and Middle Streets across from the Curtis Memorial Public Library.
