I have creating art all my life. Currently I am focused on printmaking, especially on fabric. I started making prayer flags in 2014 and continue making flag strings and banners as a way to put more beauty, smiles, and positive energy into the world.
Much of my art is inspired by the world around me, especially birds. I work with watercolor, pencils, collage, printing, and fabric, and am learning to create tunnel books and folding cards.
My work has been shown in local businesses and galleries. I have flag strings, placemats, prints, cards, and decorative eggs on display at Markings Gallery in Bath. The eggs are dyed using traditional Ukrainian methods and tools but decorated with my own designs. I also show work at The Mix in Brunswick.
